The Blueprint are a band formed from many parts and judging from the quality of musicianship shown in this their first offering, they certainly sound like they could be redefining hardcore metal into something that won't break the ornaments on the mantelpiece, but at the same time produce loud heavy metal rock music that will satisfy the most ardent metalhead.

The Blueprint

Vocals – Karl Middleton

Guitar – Matt Grundy

Guitar – Will Burchell

Bass – Mark Claydon

Drums – Chris Billam

Zero-zero-one produces a new and distinctive sound with Karl Middleton's powerful but silky vocals meshing in well with the style of the twin guitars and uptempo drum and bass unit.
The Bands debut mini album zero-zero-one is released through Copro Records on Oct 21, and showcases the bands genre straddling sound Middleton and co. have fashioned. Free of cliche and decidely forward looking, it is the first salvo fired by a band determined to make music in the purest and most spontaneous manner possible.
The Band mention Korn and Tool as major influences in their personal tastes and inspirations. The Band intend to bring their twisted tunes to as many people as possible with a number of UK dates scheduled for the remainder of 2002.
